Our parcels are dispatched using Royal Mail and Evri Services. We may on occasions use DPD and UPS depending on the size and weight of your parcel(s).
Orders placed on / before 11am will be dispatched the same day for 2 - 4 day delivery, and any orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.
If you order is placed on Friday after 11am, it will be dispatched the following Monday. We deliver Monday-Friday.

Returns Information
If you find your products are not suitable, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in perfect, original saleable condition—unused and with all original packaging attached.
- Return postage is at the buyer’s own cost and risk. We highly recommend using a tracked mailing service.
- To obtain the correct return address, please contact our customer service team.
- Original delivery charges and return postage costs are non-refundable.
- We will only cover these costs if the item arrives damaged or faulty. If you are returning an undamaged item that is simply no longer needed, all shipping costs remain your responsibility.
- If a returned item goes missing in transit, no refund will be issued until a formal claim has been lodged with the carrier and their investigation is fully completed.
